For any warranty enquiries, please contact us with proof of purchase and product details and we will help coordinate your claim with the appropriate party.

All product warranties, guarantees or assurances are provided by the product manufacturer or their authorised local distributor and not by Sydney Pool Cleaners. Where applicable, Sydney Pool Cleaners is happy to assist customers by facilitating warranty claims or service requests through our trusted supplier, SpaCraft.

Please note that the approval, terms, and conditions of any warranty service are determined by the manufacturer or distributor and Sydney Pool Cleaners has no control over these processes.
